JOB PROFILE Business Planning: Develop Zonal Monthly Store Roll Out Plan , In Alignment With Format Set Expansion Strategy Finalize Zonal BD Budget Finalize 3rd Party Agencies For Site Development. Implementation Site Selection- Spec Adherence To Business And Company Norms. Ensure Store Roll Out Plan As Per Schedule Negotiating Lease Agreements With Landlords Preparation Of Store CAPEX In Consultation With Zonal Business Head Ensure All Legal Obligations Are Executed Build & Manage 3rd Party Agencies For BD Completion Of Landlord Scope Of Civil Work On Time Ensure BD Processes Adherence Verification And Timely Submission Of Bills Completion Of New Store Assest Handover Documentation Closure Of Capex As Per Norms Recovery Of Advances Where Due Handle All LL Related Issues. People Management Set KRAs / KPIs For All Directly Reporting Subordinate Positions Identify Development Needs Of The Team & Ensure Training Programs To Address The Same
